Obituaries Sept. 10, 2007 - Waltham, MA - The Daily News Tribune: "NEWTON - Vincenzo D. 'Jimmy' Marini, 97, of Newton, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007. He was the husband of the late Dorothy M. 'TuTuccia' (Rufo) Marini. Born in San Donato, Italy (Frosinone Province), he was a longtime Newton resident. Mr. Marini was a member of Newton Sons of Italy, Ambrose Cedrone Lodge 1067. He leaves his children and their spouses, Lucy and Joe Spezzano of Wellesley, Anne and Eddy DelVecchio of Newton, Virginia and Fred Dalicandro of Newton, and James and Leslie Marini of Walpole; his siblings, Assunta Salvucci and Joseph Marini and his wife, Anna, all of Newton; his sister-in-law, Mary 'Millie' Marini of Texas; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Rocco Marini and Anna DiBona. The funeral will take place Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 9:30 a.m., from the Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home (www.magnifuneralhome.com), 365 Watertown St. (Rte. 16), Newton, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m., at St. Bernard’s Church, 1523 Washington St., West Newton Burial will be in Newton Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday, Sept. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m, at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Beacon Hospice, 160 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. "
