Carser, Irene (Frances) HARWICH PORT —Irene (Frances) Carser died Sunday, June 15, 2008, at her home in Harwich Port. Mrs. Carser came to Harwich Port in 2001 from her longtime home in Bloomington, Minn., where she raised her three daughters following the untimely death of her husband, Samuel, in 1959. Irene was a renowned school lunch cook and manager for the Bloomington school system for 25 years. She particularly enjoyed being with the school children and thus loved her work.
