Clarence Bushey
NORTHAMPTON - Clarence J. Bushey, 76, of Northampton, died Monday in the Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Born in Northampton May 28, 1931, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ida (Menard) Bushey. Clarence was educated in Northampton schools.

Abraham Guyette; had owned eatery in Northampton
SOUTHAMPTON - Abraham George Guyette, 89, of Southampton, died peacefully after a brief illness with loved ones at his side, on Monday, Aug. 20, at the Holyoke Medical Center. He was the widower of Elizabeth (Smith) Guyette, who died in March of 1979 on their 37th wedding anniversary.

Maurice Lacasse Sr.
NORTHAMPTON - Maurice R. "Moe" Lacasse Sr., 53, died on Monday, Aug. 20, at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. He was a 17-year Leeds resident.

Valerie Morrello
AMHERST - Valerie J. (Mazan) Morrello, 89, beloved wife, sister, mother and grandmother, died Aug. 19 at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

James A. Salem
SHELBURNE FALLS - James Arthur Salem, 63, much-beloved longtime resident and craftsman of Shelburne Falls, died Aug. 18, while enjoying beautiful West County on his bicycle.

M. Joan Tomlinson
SUNDERLAND - M. Joan Tomlinson, 79, of Plumtree Road in Sunderland, passed away peacefully Monday evening, Aug. 20, with her family at her side at the Sunbridge Care of Hadley. She was born on March 3, 1928, the daughter of the late Lester and Margaret (Felix) Harp. She was raised in Springfield, attending schools there. Joan later attended and graduated from Greenfield Community College in 1990.
